Done


New name for the shawl - I think I'm going to call it the Insomnia Shawl.  I have stayed up WAY too late on WAY too many nights to finish it, but the good news for today is I have no appointments until 1:00, so I will sleep in a little bit this morning. I'm glad it's done because I can give it to the recipient before the party in which no one was supposed to bring any gifts. Well, I'm bushed - off to hit the pillow before it hits me! Wow! It's really beautiful, and really long. Reminds me of the crocheting in "Water for Chocolate."
What an accomplishment. Someone is really lucky and will be amazed and thrilled.

UPDATE - she was wearing it at her birthday party this evening. The big smile on her face was all I needed to see:) I think she liked it a little, LOL:)
